Lothian Heating provides a complete mechanical services installation package for commercial and industrial contracts utilising both our own skilled labour force and our long standing specialist sub-contractors.
Covering the Edinburgh and Lothians area, we have no minimum contract value, working up to circa £250k.
We have carried out installations ranging from single service works to complete mechanical installation for clients across a wide range of property uses including Historic Buildings, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Leisure facilities.

Service and maintenance
Our dedicated team of Engineers offer scheduled servicing and maintenance for our extensive portfolio of commercial, blue chip and industrial clients throughout the East of Scotland.
Lothian Heating employs a team of engineers, trained by Broag Remeha at their Berkshire facility, to act as commissioning engineers and to provide a reactive warranty call service for their range of high efficiency domestic and commercial boilers across Central Scotland.
Lothian Heating install and supply Uponor piping.
