Installation of underfloor and radiator heating installation, plumbing works and ventilation to new office/laboratory extension (completed 2008) attached to existing facilities.


Historic Scotland - Holyrood Park Education Centre


Complete overhaul and refurbishment of hot water system throughout the building, installing new booster pump, storage tank, water heaters and pipework.


The University of Edinburgh

Redevelopment of 55-60 and 16-22 George Square. Complete refurbishment, new heating, electrical, painting, carpets in conjunction with the University Estates Department and Mitchell Dey Norton, Consulting Engineers.
Extensive heating and ventilation work at the James Clark Maxwell Building at King's Buildings over a three year period.
Recently completed a fit-out of the "In Space" exhibition area on the ground floor of the new Potterrow Tower Block development.


Heriot Watt University

Refurbishment of labs in the William Perkins Building and of the main lecture theatre in the Hugh Nesbit Building. Currently working on converting three rooms into lecture theatres in the Brewster and Mountbatten Building.


Edinburgh College of Art

As well as being their appointed service and maintenance contractor we upgraded and refurbished the Print Room.


East Lothian Council

Installation of internal mechanical services for North Berwick Sports Pavilion.

Installed heating, ventilation and plumbing at McArthur's Store, an historic interior crafted from old ship parts at Cromwell Harbour in Dunbar.

Two phased works at the Brunton Hall, Musselburgh during 2007 and 2008.


Edinburgh Zoo

Most recently installed new heating system in the Members' House. We have also installed boilers in several animal houses.


The Archdiocese of St. Andrews and Edinburgh

We worked with the Estates Department to carry out extensive works in various churches including boiler replacement, radiator installation, service and maintenance.


North Berwick Golf Club

Complete internal refurbishment of and extension to the clubhouse.


Forresters Rugby Club
