At the College of Art we have undertaken extensive gas safety work, upgraded and refurbished the print room and been the service and maintenance contractor for twenty years.
Refurbishment of labs in the William Perkins Building and of the main lecture theatre in the Hugh Nesbit Building. We recently completed work on converting three rooms into lecture theatres in the Brewster and Mountbatten Building.
We recently completed heating and ventilation upgrades which are part of the creation of new lecture rooms at the Arrol and Chadwick Buildings.
Installation of internal mechanical services for North Berwick Sports Pavilion.
Installed heating, ventilation and plumbing at McArthur's Store, an historic interior crafted from old ship parts at Cromwell Harbour in Dunbar.
Two phased works at the Brunton Hall, Musselburgh during 2007 and 2008.
Installation of new warm air heater at Sighthill Bindary and two condenser pumps at the Causewayside Building.
Installation of underfloor and radiator heating installation, plumbing works and ventilation to new office/laboratory extension (completed 2008) attached to existing facilities. A refurbishment of heating pipe coils within existing scientific glasshouse.

Complete overhaul and refurbishment of hot water system throughout the Holyrood Park Education Centre, Edinburgh, installing new booster pump, storage tank, water heaters and pipework.
We have also completed work at Edinburgh Castle which involved installation of gas meters at several locations on-site, with sensitivity to an historical location a major factor.
Most recently installed new heating system in the Members' House. We have also installed boilers in several animal houses.
We have worked with the Estates Department for over 25 years carrying out boiler replacement, radiator installation, service, maintenance and other works.
